Weaving with Scraps!
This workshop invites participants to create woven pieces using simple frame looms and repurposed textile waste such as fabric strips, yarn remnants, or even plant fibers. A playful and low-pressure introduction to weaving that emphasizes texture, improvisation, and reimagining “waste” as material. The finished pieces can be turned into coasters, pouches, or kept as decorative woven artworks. Participants will be able to turn old material into something new. No prior experience is needed, and all tools and materials are provided. Great for anyone looking to slow down, experiment, or reconnect with their hands.
