Mostly Good Studios presents, PASTA BODY- hosted by Kaitlyn & Samantha. Pasta Body is a celebration of self love, food, and ART! An evening of showing appreciation and gratitude to our bodies & all they do for us by indulging in delicious food and thoughtful art making amongst loving company. Relax into an environment where no food, nor any art is “bad”. Where every body is fit to be a work of art. Our evening will begin with a 3 course pasta dinner made by our chef Samantha Renee Paz and will be followed by a class in clay figure sculpting, inspired by love for our bodies, taught by artist Kaitlyn Sather. Your work will be fired in our kiln and ready for pickup 2-3 weeks after the event.

Our hope is for you to experience a night in community, with a bit less judgment and a lot more love for your body.

Mostly Good Studios presents, Potions! In this workshop, we will stir, sip, and create a little magic of our own as we craft potions to take home. We will begin with a short, grounding meditation to check in with our energy and discover whether we want our potions to call in, clear out or a little bit of both. You'll learn the energetic meanings and practical uses of easy-to-find potion ingredients (many can be found at the grocery store!) like herbs, oils and crystals. Then, we’ll make three potions together: a nourishing oil, a magical mist and a dry blend. Everyone will leave with three handmade potions and the confidence to continue making their own magic at home!
