I cannot make it to the event I signed up for, can I receive a refund?

No. Mostly Good Studio events (including off-sites) are non-refundable. If you do not show up for an event, or cannot make it to an event for any reason- you are not eligible for a refund.

Is my ticket purchase transferable to a different event?

No. In the event that you cannot make the event you purchased a ticket for, your ticket is non-transferable to other Mostly Good Studio events.

I cannot make it to the event I signed up for, can my friend take my spot?

Yes. If you are unable to make it to an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend who is able to come in your place. Please email hello@mostlygoodstudios so our team knows who to expect at the event.

What is the age limit on classes and events?

All classes at the studio, unless specified otherwise- are for adults 21 and over. Any class that welcomes children or teens will specify such.
