Self Love Sonnets!
Join us for a warm and mushy Shakespearian take on self love! Learn and explore the history and craft of sonnet writing at Mostly Good Studios with Sadie! Class will begin with a brief history of sonnets~ what is a sonnet, & what were they used for? Students will then be guided through some of Shakespeare’s best & a lesson on what goes into structuring a sonnet. After some time learning, it’s time to venture inward and consider what you might say in an adoring sonnet- to you, by you! Students will all have the opportunity to perform their sonnet (if they choose!)
