Mostly Good Studios presents, SCULPT, a beginner friendly ceramic workshop hosted at CLUB PILATES Astoria! Enjoy experimenting with clay in a warm and welcoming environment under the instruction of artist Kaitlyn Sather. Learn the fundamental approaches to hand building with techniques like coiling, slab building, and the pinch pot method to help inform your creation. In this Ceramic Sampler experience we’ll design and sculpt a ceramic work using food safe stoneware clay! Your work will be glazed, fired & ready for pickup at Mostly Good Studios (located at 920 35th avenue in Astoria) in 2-3 weeks!
*please note this workshop does not take place @ mostly good studios and will be held at CLUB PILATES ASTORIA!
